The Meadows is a subdivision of single family homes, located in Wellington Colorado on the east side of I25.
Wellington is the last major town headed north along I-25 towards Wyoming, and the first headed south towards Fort Collins
Wellington was founded in 1902, incorporated in 1905 and named after C.L. Wellington, an employee of the Colorado and Southern Railroad. Wellington is located at the intersection of Interstate 25 and Highway 1 in the northeast corner of Larimer County and sits at an elevation of 5,201 feet above sea level.
The town's welcome signs call Wellington "A great place to grow." We like to think, the Meadows is the best place for that to happen.
