The Meadows at Wellington HOA is now self-managed. For status letter requests and HOA due payment information, please email the HOA Board Treasurer at meadows.hoa.treasurer@gmail.com. For all other inquires, please email the HOA Board at meadowshoaboardmembers@gmail.com.
REMINDER: HOA Payments are due annually by January 31st. The annual mailing packet that included a copy of your invoice was mailed later than usual this year due to the annual board meeting not occurring until February 2025. As such, if you still need to pay your 2025 HOA Dues please reach out to meadows.hoa.treasurer@gmail.com to discuss the options available to make your payment and any concerns about late fees can be addressed at that time as well.
